We remain determined to continue to serve you and have been developing a new way to make our stores accessible while even further enhancing customer and employee safety.
In our stores
Effective March 23rd, we began offering contactless curbside service at all locations with limited hours, please see HOURS tab above.
Contactless Curbside Service means that rather than asking you to come into our stores, we would like to protect you by offering several options:
Employees are available outside of the store and will speak with you about your cycling and fitness needs while maintaining social distancing. They will be happy to locate the bikes or other items of interest and allow you to try them out. Only employees will be allowed in the store, but we are determined to serve you as fully as possible. Any items that you have tried and not elected to purchase will be disinfected prior to being returned to the floor.
Our employees will be more than happy to get the item(s) in the store and sell them to you while you remain in your car. You may phone our store, purchase items over the phone and the items will be delivered to your car curbside.
We will provide a similar contactless curbside service for repairs brought to the store. Our repair center has been relocated to the side garage door. You need only follow the signs when you arrive to drop off your repair. The employee will complete a repair ticket and look over your bicycle. Once your repair is completed, you will receive a phone call at which time you may pay for the repair over the phone and pick it up at your earliest convenience.
In your home
As you know, The Cyclery has delivered and repaired fitness equipment in our customer homes and we have long been proud of the services we provide. Because of the increased concern for you, your families and our employees, we have made the decision to suspend in-home deliveries and repairs.
However, we are offering doorstep delivery. This means we will take the item as close as we possibly can to an outside door of your home without bringing it inside. We know that this change will be inconvenient, and we are truly sorry. It was made with our employees' and your best interests at heart.
The employees who are working right now are doing so on a voluntary basis. Additionally, anyone feeling sick is told to stay home. Finally, anyone exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19 is also told to stay home.
